Translation

All our translation services include free proofreading by a native speaker of the target language.

Medical and scientific translation. We cooperate with many translators in the fields of medicine, biological sciences and agriculture, as well as other academic disciplines. Our medical and scientific translators are graduates in medicine, biological sciences and other scientific fields. They are also trained translators with proven experience in translating articles for publication in scientific journals as well as various medical documents.

Business translations. Our business translators are language or business administration graduates with extensive experience working in a business environment and translating business-related texts, including contracts and tax-related documents.

General translation. We also cooperate with many qualified and highly experienced translators whose fields of specialization include: social sciences, literature, the arts, history, religion, websites, company brochures.

Tourism. For tourism-related translation we offer a reduced fee due to our special interest in Polish tourism. We hope we can help rectify the current problem of many Polish tourist guides containing too many mistakes and literal translations that don’t sound right in English.

Proofreading

If you prefer you can have the text translated yourself and send it to us for proofreading. In most cases of translation into English this means I (Richard Ashcroft) will personally check it. On those rare occasions when I’m not immediately available we can contact another native English proofreader who knows Polish well and is experienced in proofreading. In the case of Polish texts the proofreading is done by Polish translators with extensive proofreading experience.
